Prepare to be savaged…
I'm not sure "notable" is the right word here since it connotes fame of a sort. Would "distinguished" or "distinctive" work?Perhaps a couple of words of context for Lady Ucce in the intro? Can we refer to the servant as an it? Do we know its gender? If it's merely unknown gender, I suggest using a synonym for "servant" instead of "it" here. 'Tis all, sir. ~ SavageBob 04:18, April 4, 2011 (UTC)- Should all be addressed now. Thanks for the review and changes. --Eyrezer 06:10, April 4, 2011 (UTC)
Floyd has just one:
In the intro, "protuberances" is used in consecutive sentences. Is there any way to vary up the word choice?IFYLOFD (Floyd's crib) 01:10, April 5, 2011 (UTC)- I have to confess that I am guilty of not being overly concerned about a word repeating itself in two sentences. It strikes me almost as a technical term, so I don't want to take too much liberty in straying from it. Thoughts? --Eyrezer 07:31, April 5, 2011 (UTC)
- I have to agree that "protrusion" is quite vague, making it hard to know whether words like "bump" or "tendril" would work as synonyms. How about "protruding organ"? ~ SavageBob ~ Talk ~ 12:42, April 5, 2011 (UTC)
- Eh, I guess its okay. IFYLOFD (Floyd's crib) 02:41, April 7, 2011 (UTC)
