Congrats on your first GAN! And good work with this so far as the issues I find are mostly technical. I've also left a few "reviewing notes" about things I've fixed in my copy-edit but might be useful for your future nominations (which I'm looking forward to)!- (Reviewing note) As a general practice, file names in pages are formatted with underscores instead of spaces. e.g. Imperial_Officer_Darth_Vaders_Venator.png instead of Imperial Officer Darth Vaders Venator.png
- Oh, does this need to be fixed then? Rxxxxxxxxxx (talk) 15:34, 3 September 2023 (UTC)
- (Reviewing note) When pipelinking, all characters should be placed inside the link brackets according to the Manual of Style. e.g. [[Anakin Skywalker|Darth Vader's]] instead of [[Anakin Skywalker|Darth Vader]]'s
- Yep I know understand thanks for letting me know! Rxxxxxxxxxx (talk) 15:34, 3 September 2023 (UTC)
- (Reviewing note) Also per MoS, Wookieepedia articles use American English spelling and word usage since it's the variety of English used in the first printings of most sources.
- Yep noted ty, i'm from the UK so i will keep this in mind for the future. Rxxxxxxxxxx (talk) 15:34, 3 September 2023 (UTC)
Image captions and reference notes should receive a period (full stop) only if they constitute full sentences.- Yep, corrected. Rxxxxxxxxxx (talk) 15:34, 3 September 2023 (UTC)
Also subjects should be linked in image captions only if they are not linked elsewhere in the article.- I believe I have fixed this. Rxxxxxxxxxx (talk) 15:34, 3 September 2023 (UTC)
It'd be nice to provide some context for Darth Vader in the article body. Something brief like "Sith Lord" or "Emperor's enforcer" should suffice.Anıl Şerifoğlu (talk) 20:24, 2 September 2023 (UTC)
- Yep added, thanks for the help! Rxxxxxxxxxx (talk) 15:34, 3 September 2023 (UTC)

- (Reviewing note) "—contained three blue tiles, which indicates the officer held the rank of security lieutenant." Even though we are not talking about a past event here, all in-universe articles (excluding their Behind the scenes sections) should be in past tense as the entire story takes place "a long time ago." :)
- Ah ok I see. I have since removed this as Vitus Infinitus doesn't think is it relevant. Rxxxxxxxxxx (talk) 17:03, 5 September 2023 (UTC)
It's not a rule or anything but only my personal opinion, but I believe just mentioning that the rank plaque had three squares without specifying their color would be the best. While the comic depicts other plaques in full blue-and-red colors, this officer's plaque looks like it wasn't drawn detailed enough to be colored, similar to Vader's all-black chest plate in some of the comic panels.Anıl Şerifoğlu (talk) 22:05, 4 September 2023 (UTC)
- I see what you mean. I added it as to avoid any confusion and because the Behind the Scenes says "this article assumes that this is an artistic choice and that the tiles are supposed to represent the color blue". Should I remove this aswell? Rxxxxxxxxxx (talk) 17:03, 5 September 2023 (UTC)
- I'd say yes since the article doesn't have any assumptions anymore.
Anıl Şerifoğlu (talk) 18:24, 5 September 2023 (UTC)
- Okay, its removed. Rxxxxxxxxxx (talk) 19:01, 5 September 2023 (UTC)

Lew
Context for Darth Vader in the intro- The context should really be at the first mention of his name, something like 'was stationed aboard the Sith Lord Darth Vader's Venator-class Star Destroyer' (as well as in the body)
- Yep added! Rxxxxxxxxxx (talk) 21:31, 3 September 2023 (UTC)
- As the story doesn't directly call Vader a Sith Lord, you'll need to cite that fact to another source, handily you can cite it to Darth Vader (2017) 1
- I believe I have added this correctly Rxxxxxxxxxx (talk) 22:37, 3 September 2023 (UTC)

There's no need to cite in the introThe date is only mentioned in the infobox and nowhere else, it should at least be in the body- You're now citing the entire first sentence of biography to the date
- I am not sure what you mean, the first sentence doesn't have a cite? Rxxxxxxxxxx (talk) 21:31, 3 September 2023 (UTC)
- The first two my apologies, you need to add a cite to the comic before 'Between 19 BBY and 14 BBY'
- Yep, added thanks for letting me know Rxxxxxxxxxx (talk) 22:37, 3 September 2023 (UTC)

If the officer was killed aboard the ship, it could be added to the infoboxRelease date for the comic is neededLewisr (talk) 15:46, 3 September 2023 (UTC)- You don't need to link those Marvel sites in external links Lewisr (talk) 19:51, 3 September 2023 (UTC)
- Thanks for letting me know, they have been removed and the date the comic was published is in the behind-the-scenes. Rxxxxxxxxxx (talk) 21:36, 3 September 2023 (UTC)
- Also, I saw that you removed the continuity subsection. Is this not needed in an article? Because iirc Imperators II said it was fine when I did it in another article. Secondly, the biography quote, you changed "everything to --KAKK" to "everything to— KAKK". The way it was originally is how it is in the comic, so does this matter? Rxxxxxxxxxx (talk) 21:36, 3 September 2023 (UTC)
- I only removed the heading, it's not really needed in this case. As for the quote, per the manual of style 'Per the Dash policy, replace double hyphens (--) with emdashes (—)' The comic uses -- so it should be changed Lewisr (talk) 22:17, 3 September 2023 (UTC)
- Okay I understand now, thanks! Rxxxxxxxxxx (talk) 22:37, 3 September 2023 (UTC)

The officer being a human is only mentioned in the intro/infoboxThe info about the hair and skin colour should be added into a P&T section instead of being in the equipment sectionAren't those silvery things on both sides of the uniform code cylinders?- Yep! Good spot, added. Rxxxxxxxxxx (talk) 21:31, 3 September 2023 (UTC)
I think you could replace the Venator image with a different one of the officer themselves, perhaps the droid dragging their body away?Lewisr (talk) 15:56, 3 September 2023 (UTC)- Added all of these and replaced the droid dragging the body away, I am unsure if the image name is formatted correctly though? Thanks for the feedback! Rxxxxxxxxxx (talk) 17:52, 3 September 2023 (UTC)
I think the BTS should specify which is the writer and illustrator, also missing a publisher (Marvel)Lewisr (talk) 15:59, 5 September 2023 (UTC)- The mini comic doesn't say which is the writer or illustrator as seen here: No-Good-Deed.png. I have changed it to say they both wrote the mini-comic and that it was published by Marvel Comics. Rxxxxxxxxxx (talk) 19:03, 5 September 2023 (UTC)
- If I may chime in, I took a look at the other compilations in which the mini-comic was later republished and all three of them list Eliopoulos as the writer, artist, and letterer and Bellaire as the colorist. So I think you can use one of those three collections as a source for that.
Anıl Şerifoğlu (talk) 19:56, 5 September 2023 (UTC)
- Wow, great spot! I changed it so say "written by Chris Eliopoulos and coloured by Jordie Bellaire". Should I also include that Eliopoulos was the artist and letterer aswell? Rxxxxxxxxxx (talk) 22:17, 5 September 2023 (UTC)

I'm not seeing mention of a team of technicians assisting the officer, just "we".- Yes I see that aswell, but it makes sense for the "we" to be Imperial technicians. I couldnt think of anyone else it could be, and the description of a technician on the article fit . Rxxxxxxxxxx (talk) 13:19, 7 September 2023 (UTC)
- It's better to not assume I'd say
- Okay, I changed technicians to repair team Rxxxxxxxxxx (talk) 14:08, 7 September 2023 (UTC)

The intro has 2 sentences in a row starting with "The officer" could you change one to vary a little?Lewisr (talk) 11:34, 7 September 2023 (UTC)- Yep, changed. Rxxxxxxxxxx (talk) 13:19, 7 September 2023 (UTC)
- This is still the case in the intro Lewisr (talk) 13:47, 7 September 2023 (UTC)
- Sorry, didnt see it was about the intro. It has been changed. Rxxxxxxxxxx (talk) 14:08, 7 September 2023 (UTC)
- All good, thanks for doing that!

Are Vader's pronouns citable to the story?Lewisr (talk) 14:40, 7 September 2023 (UTC)- Nope, but the opening crawl of Darth Vader (2017) 1 does. Fixed. Rxxxxxxxxxx (talk) 21:30, 7 September 2023 (UTC)

I think we could remove the Imperial rank chart in the behind the scenes. That chart only applies to live-action.--Vitus InfinitusTalk 16:44, 3 September 2023 (UTC)- Oh, I didn't realise this. I have used it as a reference aswell, is it no longer relevant then? Rxxxxxxxxxx (talk) 17:54, 3 September 2023 (UTC)
- No, I don't think it's really relevant tbh. The chart is for live-action productions that take place prior to A New Hope, starting with Rogue One and then Solo,Kenobi and Andor. --Vitus InfinitusTalk 00:10, 5 September 2023 (UTC)
