Keeping in line with the current gender recognition practices, I have found no confirmation in the episode outside of its audio description that Quadpaw is male. His gender isn't made very clear in the intro and body either, rather starting with the pronouns later on.Braha'tok enthusiast Hello there 00:40, 26 November 2022 (UTC)- Ah good point, ref'd that to the AD. While mentioning gender right up front is common, it's not required and sometimes I prefer to vary up my wording when it would feel particularly awkward, which I think it would here given we don't know his species and describing him as a male surgeon feels odd.
