I think the date is a bit dubious. What if Heroes of Mandalore took place on the boundary between 1 BBY and 0 BBY? I think saying "by 1 BBY" would be better.- To avoid any speculation, I've changed it to "shortly before the outbreak of the Galactic Civil War," as Filoni stated that was the case. Imperial Officer Corps is infobox exclusive, and its name needs to be sourced to Darth Vader: Dark Lord of the Sith 12.- Actually, I now see that the Officer Corps thing was kind of my speculation, as we don't know if all Imperial officers are part of the Corps or not, which was the case in Legends. - I'm just going to say this for the record: Mostly the reason this nomination has yet to get an AgriCorps review yet is because by and large we don't like reviewing articles that are likely going to get a major expansion sooner or later. That's part of the spirit behind GAN Rule 6. By definition, an article with a known upcoming expansion cannot be considered stable. While we don't currently know that Pellaeon has an upcoming expansion, it's a good bet he's going to make an appearance in Thrawn: Alliances, which would likely require a significant expansion. Practically speaking, the best thing to do with this nomination would be to hold off until that book comes out in three months and revisit this then. That's just my personal recommendation. - The upcoming Thrawn: Alliances came to my mind too while I was considering to nominate this article, but Dave Filoni's this interview (which is also cited in the Behind the scenes section) made me believe that there aren't any plans for Pellaeon in the near future. - FWIW, I wouldn't put too much stock in what Filoni is saying there. He's required to play his cards close to his chest and isn't going to reveal whether Zahn is using the character in future stories or not, so that doesn't really give us an indication one way or another. But the decision here is totally up to you whether you want to suspend the nomination for now, since as I said we can't formally require you to take it down.
