  • 'Kestis recognized a nydak on the cliffs above. He relayed to his droid BD-1 that he was unfamiliar with the creature, and that the nydak appeared hostile' If I understand, he didn't know what the creature was, but still recognised it? Something about that doesn't entirely make sense

  • (Reviewing note) Per precedent, file names in articles use underscores instead of spaces. e.g. "Halls_of_the_Nydak_from_JFO.jpg" instead of "Halls of the Nydak from JFO.jpg"
  • (Reviewing note) Specifying "canon" in BTS for subjects that have no connections to Legends is not necessary.
  • That date note places Survivor in 9 ABY, not Battle Scars.
  • According to the Layout Guide, History "covers the major historical events of the species on its homeworld," while the "[Species] in the galaxy" section deals with what goes on "outside of its homeworld," such as the events at Ordo Eris.   • (Reviewing note) I've made the BtS image transparent; do let me know if any issues crop up with it.
  • I think the History sectioning is unnecessary; I'd reccomend merging the first two paragraphs (since the latter is only one sentence), which would allow for it to be a three paragraph section.
  • The "Biology and appearance" states they had dark gray skin, while the infobox only notes gray. These should be made consistent, to whatever you feel is most accurate.
  • One more trait bullet point could be tucked into the infobox distinctions, I think—the part about armor plating.
  • The BtS should explicitly state that the concept artwork(s) came from the accompanying artbook. That said, as the game and the art book have different release days, but were from the same year, the full release dates are needed for them (this point can also be applied to Bane Back Spider/Binog Mesa and any others it may apply to, at your convenience; should be pretty easy to copy paste the date refs once done once).—spookywillowwtalk 16:43, 14 October 2023 (UTC)
Fred strikes back
  • I'm a little confused. This article is about the Nydacks as a whole, no? I'm not sure "Nydack" and "Lesser Nydack" should be considered synonymous. Seems like Lesser Nydack and Nydack Alpha are subtypes of the overarching "Nydack." If that's the case, Lesser Nydack should also get an article, and the wording in this article should be changed so as to not equate the two terms.
