  • Nomination comments: So, the last sentence of the Biography is there because the novel is really explicit that all of the Nihil under Vark either died in the Innovator (most) or were stragglers who didn't make it on the raid were all rounded up. But either way, definitively all Nihil on Valo stopped operating at the occupation's end; we don't know what Gak specifically was up to at the end there but still relevant to note that the occupation they were a part of ended, plus alludes that they were either captured or killed, which it'd have to have been either.
