Battle of Patitite Pattuna

  • Nominated by: CC7567 (talk) 17:55, July 31, 2012 (UTC)
  • Nomination comments: You know, for being called "Battle Lines," I expected more space battles from Season Four… I miss good space battles.

  • As a preliminary, I noticed this in Rescue of Adi Gallia. In the "Strength" infobox field in Rescue, you format the names with an abbreviation of their ranks. Example: "Master Adi Gallia," whereas you format it as "Jedi Master Adi Gallia" in Pattuna. I was too lazy to check through your other battle articles when reviewing the first article to see which you had done before, but please determine which you usually do and go with it for consistency. • Went with the full "Jedi Master;" usually do that, but I forgot somehow. Thanks for catching that. CC7567 (talk) 19:09, August 22, 2012 (UTC)
  • I'm not presenting this as a formal objection to be enforced, but rather as a "Discern what you think is best" type of thing. Regarding the formatting of the "Unidentified clone naval officer" in the "Commanders" infobox field, I know some people get really antsy whenever they see "Unidentified" used in the infobox, as with the article body. Personally, I'm of the opinion that sometimes "Unidentified" has some value in the infobox, which should not necessarily be treated 100% in-universe, like the body is. For example, if you look at the infobox for Executor, in the Crewmembers section, you'll see there are a handful of unidentified admirals, captains, generals, and commanders. I opted to keep "Unidentified" in there because I think that just sort of presents itself better than listing "Admiral," "Admiral," "Captain," "Captain, "Captain," "Commander, "Commander," etc. Since we don't literally have a policy regarding this treatment, I would only recommend determining whether you think it's worth it to keep the "Unidentified" in there for this clone naval officer. • Rethinking it, the "unidentified" shouldn't be necessary. Removed it. CC7567 (talk) 19:48, August 22, 2012 (UTC)
