An objection/question. Is the "Battle of Rakata Prime" its canon title, or is that conjectural?- It is canonical, according to the New Essential Chronology.
Also, I capitalized "Near-Human," which, from other articles, I'm to understand is how it's supposed to be done. But I'm honestly not sure. If I remember correctly, sources are not consistent on this.- Alright, whatever.
And, finally. I know you're not going to like this, Floyd, but I think it needs to be done. I don't think we can take Ortega's comments on the Dark Horse Message Boards in regards to her last name as being indisputable canon. Authorial intent and comments made by authors are not by themselves automatically held up as official. Our Canon policy page lists this as material that is "unclear": Comments by Lucasfilm VIPs other than those listed above. Statements of authorial-intent, information released by authors to clarify details of their works, may or may not be canon. Considering that CSWE, which came out after Ortega's comments, still calls her just "Aleco" tells me that we should adhere only to what officially-approved canon material continues to refer to her as. I think it would be more appropriate to move the article to "Aleco" and only make note of Ortega's preferred last name for her in the BTS. If you're really wanting to call her Stusea, I guess one option is leaving a post on Chee's Facebook page and asking him to clarify this for us.Toprawa and Ralltiir (talk) 20:40, January 27, 2013 (UTC)
