Objections

  • Needs personality/traits section. .... 00:35, 7 November 2006 (UTC)
    • Added personality and traits section. Atarumaster88 (Audience Chamber) 04:45, 7 November 2006 (UTC)
  • "While she was officially (in an in-universe sense) killed by Iella, it was theorized and possibly implied in X-wing: Isard's Revenge that she actually survived, and was imprisoned for life in the bow of Lusankya. This is not verified by any canon source." What the? --Imp 19:24, 9 November 2006 (UTC)
    • removed. Atarumaster88 (Audience Chamber) 19:49, 9 November 2006 (UTC)
  • Head quote needs source. Is it possible to get quotes for the different sections? [[:File:Ysanne-isard.jpg]], [[:File:20040312175310ysanne isard.jpg]] lack sources. --Imp 19:58, 9 November 2006 (UTC)
    • Images are now sourced. -LtNOWIS 00:38, 23 November 2006 (UTC)
    • This quote, "Tall and slender, she wore her black hair long, and the white streaks descending from her temples made her seem more exotic than middle-aged", still needs a source though. :P —Mirlen 22:53, 3 December 2006 (UTC)
      • That quote is from either Rogue Squadron, Bacta War, or Isard's Revenge. Atarumaster88 (Audience Chamber) 15:42, 4 December 2006 (UTC)
        • I believe it's in Rogue Squadron, when Sate Pestage Kirtan Loor walks into Isard's command room for the first time. I could check if you would like; I have the book at hand. Jorrel Fraajic 16:40, 4 December 2006 (UTC)
          • Alright, found it. Page 122 of X-Wing: Rogue Squadron, when Kirtan Loor meets Isard for the first time on Coruscant. Also found some other quotes that could possibly be used. --Jorrel Fraajic 19:53, 4 December 2006 (UTC)
  • She appears in Mara Jade: By the Emperor's Hand yet Mara Jade is only mentioned in the intro quote. Is all information from this series included in the article? The header "The fall of Isard's Empire" looks awkward as it is directly beneath the header "Isard's Empire." The "Ships Under her Command" section is clunky, it could be rewritten into an interesting section. --Imp 21:03, 13 December 2006 (UTC)
    • Isard does appear in MJ:BtEH, but it's almost a cameo. Isard arrests her after the Emperor's death, and then Mara escapes. While she's in prison, she reminisces about her relationship with Isard. I admit that some mention of that could be included, though it will be about a two sentence addition. I agree with all of the other objections. Cull Tremayne 22:30, 13 December 2006 (UTC)
      • Added as much as I could from MJ:BtEH. Hopefully it's satisfactory now. Cull Tremayne 09:03, 20 December 2006 (UTC)
  • Has diction issues (Rule 1). - breathesgelatinTalk 20:02, 18 March 2007 (UTC)

Comments

  • Imp, it was much worse in prior revisions. See the talk page. I changed it and put it in a BTS section. It could be removed, but eventually the original author will most likely come and want it changed back. Atarumaster88 (Audience Chamber) 19:33, 9 November 2006 (UTC)
    • It's just speculative crap. Away with it! =) --Imp 19:35, 9 November 2006 (UTC)
  • I sourced File:20040312175310, but I'm not sure where the other one is even from. It's possible that it's from the X-wing comics, but that pose seems like it's from a sourcebook. Riff uploaded it, so I'll ask him. Cull Tremayne 16:42, 14 November 2006 (UTC)
    • Could someone confirm that File:Ysanne-isard.jpg is from Star Wars Handbook 1: X-Wing Rogue Squadron? Cull Tremayne 16:50, 14 November 2006 (UTC)
      • Ok, it is. Cull Tremayne 16:54, 14 November 2006 (UTC)
  • Anybody else think it might could use one more image? -- Ozzel 06:28, 20 January 2007 (UTC)
  • I'm still not comfortable with some of the phrasing, but it's not a specific enough problem to actually object. I also think it could use more quotes, but I might just be looking for an excuse to re-re-re-re-re-re-re-read the X-wing series. -- Darth Culator (Talk)(Kills) 01:05, 30 January 2007 (UTC)
    • Well, I added another pic now. And I agree that it could use some section headers and some more quotes. -- Ozzel 22:16, 4 February 2007 (UTC)
  • In line with the new rules, this article needs to cite its sources. QuentinGeorge 06:21, 7 February 2007 (UTC)
