Needs pronouns categorySkifffy (talk) 21:53, 27 March 2025 (UTC)- Added. And thanks! I (wrongly) figured that auto-populated from the infobox. - Brandon Rhea(talk)(he/him/his) 10:19, 28 March 2025 (UTC)
First paragraph of P&T needs to be cited.- Whoops, thanks for catching that! Fixed. - Brandon Rhea(talk)(he/him/his) 03:01, 29 March 2025 (UTC)
If I'm not mistaken, human is capitalized on legends articles.Skifffy (talk) 21:49, 28 March 2025 (UTC)- You are indeed correct according to the Manual of Style. Fixed! - Brandon Rhea(talk)(he/him/his) 03:01, 29 March 2025 (UTC)

The BTS has bit of info that we're cutting down on noting, so I'll just list the things that should be cut:
- 'to coincide with the release of the 1999 film Star Wars: Episode I The Phantom Menace. The book provides a backstory for Chancellor Finis Valorum, who appears in the film, and the book states that a Valorum served as Supreme Chancellor centuries before the events of The Phantom Menace.'
- 'Originally cited as one of many members of the renowned Valorum political dynasty, his role as the Supreme Chancellor responsible for the Ruusan Reformations was later detailed in Wallace's The New Essential Chronology, published in 2005.'
- 'which explored his tenure during the aftermath of the New Sith Wars.'
' version of Tarsus Valorum was later brought into the official Star Wars canon in the 2014 novel Tarkin, by James Luceno.' - Because we don't note when things are brought into canon on the Legends pages
Another small thing, The New Essential Guide to Characters and The Essential Atlas need to be contextualised as reference booksLewisr (talk) 21:33, 26 April 2025 (UTC)- I've made these changes, with reservation: I think this request (precedent or not) removes relevant information about the character, particularly the Finis Valorum backstory and the re-canonization. I respect the fact that the precedent is there, but I wanted it on the record that I disagree with it. The changes are made, though. - Brandon Rhea(talk)(he/him/his) 01:12, 27 April 2025 (UTC)
spookly
"while his physical depiction was subsequently provided in the 2009 reference book The Essential Atlas by Wallace and Jason Fry."—I feel like it'd be better to slip in a "written" before 'by' there. It kinda reads as if they provided/made the artwork themselves atm, in my opinion, which iirc isn't the case.—spookywillowwtalk 01:31, 4 May 2025 (UTC)- Great callout. I've added "written" to that sentence. - Brandon Rhea(talk)(he/him/his) 11:48, 9 May 2025 (UTC)
If The New Essential Chronology is indeed a source for the character, then does have an IU equivalent that gets noted (a la Pesmenben IV, albeit in this case only for the new one, not the original).—spookywillowwtalk 20:17, 9 May 2025 (UTC)- This is great, thanks Spooky. I've added that, along with some information a second scan of the book showed me that I missed. You can see all the changes here. - Brandon Rhea(talk)(he/him/his) 18:19, 12 May 2025 (UTC)

Skin color is missing from infobox and P&T.- "While the Senate was responsible for passing Valorum's proposed reforms into law, Chancellor Valorum knew that he would need the support of the Jedi Order to pass his proposed reforms into law." — This could use some rewording for clarity and to avoid repetitive wording.
Context that Darth Bane: Rule of Two is the second entry in the Star Wars: Darth Bane Trilogy would be nice.SorcererSupreme21 (talk) 03:37, 13 May 2025 (UTC)- All of the above are done! - Brandon Rhea(talk)(he/him/his) 11:20, 13 May 2025 (UTC)
