  • In the first two sentences of the intro you mention "tactical entry" twice. Try to avoid this type of repetition.

  • I can't help but notice that the "Special Weapons Team" name is not mentioned once in the History section. It makes me wonder whether there actually was a unit with that name. If not, there would need to be lot changed.
    • Name added, but see below.
  • As such, the history section seems to describe a bunch of different special units throughout the years, that seem to have little true connection to one another. It seems to be more about the concept of special tactical units on Coruscant in general, rather than describing one organization.
    • I can understand the confusion. Its basically several authors that have used different names for the same thing and sometimes no specific name: The name "Special Weapons Team" is only mentioned in Fate of the Jedi: Apocalypse and naming policy #2 says that Whenever alternate names are used in canon, use the name under which the subject was known during the later time period so that's why the article is called that. All other sources say "SWAT (Special Weapons and Tactics)" or "Tactical and Operational" (in Bloodlines) or give them indirect mentions so no specific name to go by, but we know their operatives were active. The one from the Old Republic game has a separate article mostly because I'm not sure if it warrants being merged since there is so much time that passes between its history and the rest of the unit but I still mentioned them. i guess with this I was trying to take more of a mergist approach to get everything in one, cohesive place.         • I've tried, but I don't think I'm going to be able to squeeze more out of it without getting into OR territory so I'm going to have move the nomination to GA. Before I do that I'd like your opinion: I'll remove the info on the Coruscant Guard and the Senate Guard, but 1) should the other material stay in one article, or separate it into three "Special Weapons and Tactics", "Tactical and Operational", and "Special Weapons Teams"? 2) Should Special Tactical Unit article be merged with it if I keep it together? 3) If I keep it together, should I change the name of the article to something else since Special Weapons Team is only mentioned once and SWAT is a more common usage?           • I think all the info on the various organizations should be sent into different articles. There doesn't seem to be much of a concrete connection. IFYLOFD (Floyd's crib) 02:54, January 20, 2013 (UTC)

        • I agree with Floyd --- the History section seems to be about the history of Coruscant tactical teams in general. I think the info should be split into different articles. Menkooroo (talk) 07:00, February 3, 2013 (UTC)
