Oppose

  • Is calling someone a coward/selfish when he describes himself as that POV? While the body is fine in that it says that's what he called himself, the intro doesn't mention that and seems like POV. The personality section also calls him "selfish" a few times without any qualifiers. - Lord Hydronium 07:56, 4 March 2007 (UTC)
    • He definitely thinks that way of himself. If you can find a more politic way to put it, that would be fantastic. Havac 23:42, 4 March 2007 (UTC)
      • Well, that's the problem; I'm not sure how to phrase it without sounding awkward. Like I said, the parts where it's attributed to him saying that, I don't have a problem with, but stuff like "Despite his selfishness, he did have a sense of duty" is phrased as if it's the POV of the author. - Lord Hydronium 10:54, 5 March 2007 (UTC)
        • There; I reworded the intro and the personality section. Everything else, I think, is fairly covered by the statement in the body that he characterized himself as lazy and cowardly. Havac 18:42, 5 March 2007 (UTC)
