Objections

  • More details from Tales of the Bounty Hunters need to be added in my opinion. It just needs more details in general, what did IG-88 do with Drebble? What was his role in Young Jedi Knights: Diversity Alliance? Did he meet the Solos? If so, how? Also, Greck is still mentioned as being killed on Indobok. I don't remember that. Also, where did IG-88 appear in The Bounty Hunters: Kenix Kil? Cull Tremayne 06:38, 2 October 2006 (UTC)
  • There still needs to be a lot of work done here. Needs a serious copyedit- not just spelling and grammar, but diction and syntax also in order to be FA quality. The word "He" is used as the subject in a large number of sentences, particularly in the intro. On top of that, it's rather biased towards IG-88 rather than NPOV.   • Unfortunately, I don't know any of that stuff, though if there is anything from Therefore I am, I'll put it in. Also Mister Objection, why do you have to do that? It was stuffed with information already, and are you sure all that has to do with IG-88A (emphasis on A) not just IG-88 in general?   • Why do I have to do that? Because the article is not up to featured article standards. It is not "stuffed with information". There are only five sections in the main body, and two of them only have one paragraph. Yes, I am positive that "all that" has to do with IG-88A, and the stuff I'm not positive about (which appears in the article), I already brought up in the objections (appearance in the Kenix Kil comic, Greck's death). Is this how you deal with criticism? By threatening to remove it? How about fixing the article first? If you have Therefore I am, why don't you add details from that story? Three things off the top of my head (1) The fight at Holowan Laboratories. Who did he kill? How did he do it? (2) Subjugating Mechis III. How did the Droid Rebellion take place? Who was killed? (3) Vader's inspection. What was he doing at the time? How did they turn Gurdun and Vader away? The level of detail there is good for the IG-88's role on the Death Star, but details on the beginning of the story are severely lacking. Also, as was said last time this article was up for a vote. It needs expansion on IG-88's role in the Marvel comics, that stub is not enough if the article is to be featured. Cull Tremayne 14:50, 2 October 2006 (UTC)
    • I apologize for my comments. I was just really grumpy this morning. As for critisism, I am not used to it. You sound just like I do, sometimes. I have no excuse for my tone. You have my full apologies, you are right, it does need more detail. I was not in the right to bark at you. For that I am sorry, and I will add more detail to the aricle, but beyond Therefore I am, I know almost nothing about his life. I will need more help if this is to achieve FA status.
