Objections

  • The "Personality and traits" section needs the bit about his appearance split off into an appearance section. It also needs a better main pic-- there's not a decent view of his face in the entire article.Prose could use some upgrading from the "He went here. Then he went there. He shot the guy and the other guy didn't like it" variety. Havac 05:21, 24 January 2007 (UTC)
    • Good points, though I wonder if we really need to move the description of his appearance into a separate section. I know traits is more concerned with the character's personality, but distinguishing characteristics can fall under that as well. Hereditary traits can fall under that header without the need for a new section, especially green eyes, since it's not exactly common (though maybe in the SW galaxy it is, hmmm...), and the mention of his extensive scarring does give insight into his personality i.e. his disregard for his own safety. If you still think we need to move it though, not a problem. I agree with your other point, prose needs a little work. Cull Tremayne 23:02, 24 January 2007 (UTC)
      • I've gone through the article and tweaked the prose. I'm happy with that, and I've created a "Characteristics" section to hold the appearance/skills info. However, my concerns about the main pic stand. I also feel we need more pictures overall. The current one of him with his saber drawn is placed much later in the article than it should be, meaning that we have nothing from the beginning of the first issue to the end of the last. That needs fixing (the drawn-saber pic should probably go in the characteristics section, and the current main can go into the personality section when replaced, but I'm not going to move them until then). So, if anyone has the comic and can upload solid images, that would be greatly appreciated. Havac 03:29, 27 January 2007 (UTC)
        • I don't know if we can find a good view of his face, unless we crop and blow up an existing picture- which we could do, but at a loss of quality. I added a picture, but why do you want the main image changed? Atarumaster88 Jedi Order (Audience Chamber) 05:42, 27 January 2007 (UTC)
          • Well, I figured that would be the best spot for a shot of the face. I'd suggest one more pic at least (from issue 2 with the girl and the killer?) and the best possible shot showing his face as close up as possible. That would satisfy all my concerns, I think.               • I've put another pic into the article and placed #3 in the article (if the vote on his talk page takes a sudden and unexpected turn, it can always be changed). All my objections have been fully satisfied, and I'm going to strike out this whole section to make it clear there are no standing objections. Havac 22:18, 27 January 2007 (UTC)
