- Olioster has been doing a solid work on nominating and reviewing a large bunch of Comprehensive article nominations, without being shy on maintaining the nomination page with all the archiving work. Also I find benefitical his expertise on those small and obscure articles of SWG. As far as I can see, he's basicly been doing the EC-work without having the badge. Considering all the work he has done, and that it wouldn't hurt having more of EC:s, I find Olioster an excellent candidate. –Tm_T (Talk) 11:49, February 8, 2011 (UTC)

Olioster is a good guy. And besides, the CAN is lagging badly already. =P 1358 (Talk) 20:37, February 9, 2011 (UTC)- We really need a more active EC on the CAN page. Olioster both nominates and reviews articles frequently, and I think that with him as an EC there might be more EC activity on the CAN page. My last nom had 8 votes when it passed. Only 1 was an EC. This is not unusual. Most current EC's only have that position because they're in the AgriCorps or Inquistorius, not because they genuinely work on Comprehensive articles, which creates an illusion as to how many of them there actually are.
