- Isn't this just Snoke or possibly even Palpatine? After the incident Ren says that the "Master" would find them someone else. Issue 3 also establishes that the KOR know Snoke and that Ren has spoken with him about Ben joining them Lewisr (talk) 00:02, 23 April 2025 (UTC)
- I never even considered that the Master was Snoke or Palpatine. I always thought since I first read it he was talking in a non-literal sense about the Ren from the way he talked about it earlier in the scene. But I guess Hidden Empire decided they were serving Palpatine the whole time for some reason so maybe? And in issue 3 it always just sounded to me like Snoke sent them a curtesy call before Ben showed up. I do see what you mean though, but I think you can see why I would never consider that especially since everything like the Encyclopedia frames it like a personal quest for Ren. I can't say I'm convinced but I also can't say I care all that much, this was just something I found on reread. If you're really convinced you're welcome to do whatever you want with this.
