  • Nomination comments: Before you ask, no, we don't know if it's a rank or title, we only know it was a position. (The Prince Militaire's appearance was in Ufsa'mak'ro (Chiss)'s POV, and he didn't know. We don't know either.) And yes, it's always capitalized. No audio file, I'm afraid.
