    • Not an objection per se, more like an inquiry: would it make sense to have Biology and appearance, and Society and culture sections (and thus, separate intro). Possibly enough information on those episodes shown to warrant these sections? –Tm_T (Talk) 08:53, June 23, 2011 (UTC)
      • Yes, Iwould definietly say there was enough information to support a fuller Biology and appearance section. --Eyrezer 09:13, June 23, 2011 (UTC)
    • Uh, and the classic "reload the infobox", we have new fields to be filled now. (: –Tm_T (Talk) 08:54, June 23, 2011 (UTC)
      • Oh I see. Then I guess it would be practical to add those additional fields now. -- Riffsyphon1024 08:57, June 23, 2011 (UTC)
  2. Eyrezer: As Mooga appears in the Atlas you can also draw info from that on their history. See Klytonian as an example. --Eyrezer 09:14, June 23, 2011 (UTC)
    • Thank you for the comparative article Eyre. I will go by its example for this article. Much to learn I still have. -- Riffsyphon1024 09:19, June 23, 2011 (UTC)
      • Now upgraded with the suggested improvements. -- Riffsyphon1024 09:46, June 23, 2011 (UTC)

    • I have a feeling this article is destined for the GAN page... :) Specifically, Biology and appearance needs more information. How many digits do they have per hand? Foot? What are some of their characteristic facial features (such as prominent cheek bones and brows)? In society and culture, they also seem to wear tunics. Finally, you should probably create a "Moogans in the galaxy" section that talks about Tee Va's smuggling to Mandalore. "History" will instead be the stuff Eyrezer mentioned from the Atlas. And is there anything noteworthy to say about their concept and creation? The Episode Guides for Clone Wars often include BTS material and concept art. ~SavageBOB sig 15:38, June 23, 2011 (UTC)
      • Yikes. I guess it has grown some since its expansion. I'm all for improving it to GA status pending we can find BTS information. -- Riffsyphon1024 05:02, June 24, 2011 (UTC)
        • I've checked everything on the Episode Guide and there isn't much more presented about the Moogans outside of a few sentences. I checked the videos and they are more concerned with Mandalore itself. -- Riffsyphon1024 06:33, June 24, 2011 (UTC)
        • Looking better! A few other things I notice on a second read: If you look at the episode guide, there are some closeup images of Tee Va; you can see the Moogans have mottling of darker green on their skin, which should probably get mentioned in B&A. You should probably also mention that they have two small ears and a humanoid nose.
        • The Episode Guide's concept art shows them with sharp teeth. Did this make its way into the final design used for the episode? One way or another, it belongs in either B&A or BTS.
        • S&C should mention that some of them were capable of speaking Galactic Basic Standard.
        • Be careful about ascribing Tee Va and his crew's traits to the entire species. Everything in S&C should probably be qualified with "The Moogan Tee Va and his crew wore..." and "Tee Va was not above..." etc.
        • Is there no other information that can be gleaned from the Atlas? When did their region become integrated into the greater galaxy? Whose territory were they in during the Second Galactic Civil War? Try going through map by map, finding their square, and determining if there is anything that can be mentioned. While we can't always say that the Moogans themselves were affiliated with this or that faction, it is noteworthy to mention who controlled the territory their world fell within during various periods of galactic history.
        • MITG: You need to give context on Tee Va, unless you mention him earlier, as I suggest.
        • You'll need a source for the Ancient Egypt bit. I believe it's true, but we need a source for it.
        • Finally, I'm not sure who struck my objections above. I don't remember doing it, so I've unstruck them for now. I look forward to reading the article again soon! ~SavageBOB sig 15:43, June 24, 2011 (UTC)
          • Appreciate your external perspective. I will go through the Atlas page by page and highlight everything that involves that region. -- Riffsyphon1024 07:03, June 25, 2011 (UTC)
            • Oh my, I feel like a dummy. Totally passed over the actual slideshow feature. Must have been deactivated with my anti-script running add-on. Getting screencaps now. -- Riffsyphon1024 07:19, June 25, 2011 (UTC)
              • Have added all geo-political information from the Atlas. So now how to go about shifting this to a GA nom page? -- Riffsyphon1024 07:10, June 26, 2011 (UTC)
                • Start up a GAN for it and archive this? That's my guess. Alternatively, you could start up the GAN and bug someone who knows what they're doing to archive it (which is not me). =P Trak Nar Ramble on 07:21, June 26, 2011 (UTC)

  • Right now, this article is well over 250 words, so it should probably be taken to the GAN page.--Exiled Jedi Oldrepublic crest (Greetings) 14:18, June 23, 2011 (UTC)
    • I am at a crossroads with this article now. Since my nomination and expansion of the article, CC7567 stuck in a nice template pointing to a British comic/magazine which he claims has more details. As I don't likely have access to said comic/magazine, will the article still be acceptable for GA nomination, or should it be held off until someone with the information, if any, adds it to the article? -- Riffsyphon1024 08:34, June 24, 2011 (UTC)
      • I'd say ask around the site to see if anyone can hook you up with that information. I'd hate to see you give up for lack of sources, since that's a problem we all face at one time or another, and a problem that the communal nature of the Wook is very good at remedying. :) ~SavageBOB sig 15:46, June 24, 2011 (UTC)
        • I was curious myself, so I asked around. It appears the only relevant information is a blurb on p. 28 about Tee Va: "Species: Moogan; Occupation: Smuggler; Secret: Moogans are ruthless in pursuit of profit, even to the extent of poisoning drinks for children!" Once this info is integrated into S&C, I suppose it negates my objection about having to hedge and say "Tee Va and his crew were ruthless..." ~SavageBOB sig 16:08, June 24, 2011 (UTC)
          • Yeah, so now we can say for certain that this species is ruthless, pending a citation. They might as well be cousins to the Neimoidians. :P But for me, that will have to wait until tomorrow afternoon when I'm not expected to be at work the next morning.... -- Riffsyphon1024 07:03, June 25, 2011 (UTC)
