• The tweet doesn't seem to support the birth year.

  • The tweet does support the birth year. Manning used emojis to make the number "24" signifying his 24th birthday at the time.

  • I was told to be explicit about citing the audiobook art as per precedents here from Commander Code-8 and by LucaRoR here. Additionally, Qistina Khalidah follows this precedent.
