  • The article currently reads as: Ithorian makes opening statements, Palps allows debate, debate occurs, vote happens. However, in the book, it's actually slightly different: the floor is opened, the ithorian begins, is interrupted by debating parties without any mention of Palps "opening the floor for debate," and then Palps calls for a vote.

    • The proceedings occurred in the Senate Building
    • The Ithorian's statements were translated on a sort of text-to-speech translator for those like Padme who can't understand the language
    • Padme was barely able to understand the motion before the squabbling began

    • The context of displacement informing Padme's decision
