• "a puppeteer referred to as Tim,[2] confirmed to be Admiral Gial Ackbar actor Tim Rose in an email from Rose" — I think it's better if you just say something like "puppeteer Tim Rose, who also protrayed Admiral Gial Ackbar in the film." It's fine if you don't mention the email in the prose so long as it's cited; article proses shouldn't need to explain to readers how the relevant information was obtained.
