• Just a minor one: "At some point during the war, he had been serving the Galactic Empire for years and was an ace bombardier." Can this be made more chronological? It's the "he had been serving for years" that kind of backtracks in time. Can his years of service be brought up before the mention of the some point in time so as to proceed linearly forward?
