  • The description of the "Knights of the Old Republic Era" fits for the TotJ too, doesn't it? IMO, if you state that he lived also before the Exar Kun War, it would be closer to the truth. Darth Morrt 11:33, December 20, 2010 (UTC)
    • I see your point, but I'd prefer not to change the current wording unless you see it as a major issue. The term "Knights of the Old Republic Era" is pretty vague and is one that I would tend to associate with the era in which Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic, Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic II: The Sith Lords and the Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republiccomics are set, and so therefore, the Mandalorian Wars and the Jedi Civil War, like I have stated in the article. The era of the Exar Kun War is to a degree brought into the remit of the term "Knights of the Old Republic" by references to it in Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic and by the Knights of the Old Republic Campaign Guide, which includes some content from that era. However, I still don't feel comfortable using those sources as justification to state that Vitus lived before the Exar Kun War, because the Knights of the Old Republic Campaign Guide was written after Behind the Threat: The Sith and because the Exar Kun Wars generally do not seemed to be regarded as part of the classic "Knights of the Old Republic Era". Stating that Vitus lived before the Mandalorian Wars and the JCW is something that we can do with relative certainty, whereas stating that he lived before the Exar Kun War requires an assumption of what the term "Knights of the Old Republic Era" means, which is difficult. --Jinzler 10:06, December 22, 2010 (UTC)
      • IMO, the "classic Knight of the Old Republic Era" begins with Tales of the Jedi: Knights of the Old Republic (TPB). The name of the game and of the comic is a reference to the TojT comic arc. The Behind the Threat states that "one kind of adventure revolves around the quest for the legacy of the Sith." This is exactly what Exar does in Star Wars: Tales of the Jedi - Dark Lords of the Sith. The Kotor CG refers equally to the TotJ, to the Kotor comics and to the games. It is set from 4,000 to 3950 BBY. I think the TotJ (excluding the arcs featuring the Great Hyperspace War) is not a separate era. But it not a major issue. If you still disagree, leave the current wording. Darth Morrt 15:27, December 22, 2010 (UTC)
        • I consulted with Tm T and he agrees with me that the term "Knights of the Old Republic" refers to the period of time beginning with the Mandalorian Wars. I can consult with more people if you want, but my inclination is to stick with the current wording, due to the uncertainty surrounding whether the Exar Kun War is part of the "Knights of the Old Republic Era". I hope that's alright and I'd like to thank you for taking the time to review the article. --Jinzler 08:38, December 23, 2010 (UTC)

  • In response to Kasra's above comment: Vitus is mentioned in an adventure hook set in the KOTOR era, but lived somewhen before that era. Therefore, whether he falls within the remit of WP:KOTOR is a matter of interpretation. --Jinzler 12:04, December 14, 2010 (UTC)
    • In this case, perhaps Vitus doesn't fall under this project. Great job with the article, Jinzler.—Jedi Kasra (comlink) 23:56, December 14, 2010 (UTC)
  • The archive links aren't working. Do you know an other site where it is availible? Darth Morrt 10:36, December 19, 2010 (UTC)
    • Try this [1]. It isn't perfect, because it doesn't include the dates on which the five "Behind the Threat: The Sith" articles were published, but it consolidates the rest of the content from them. --Jinzler 10:38, December 20, 2010 (UTC)
      • Thanks. Darth Morrt 11:33, December 20, 2010 (UTC)
