I think it's good practice to mention the language that a translated quote is original spoken in in the body of an article if it can be worked in naturally. This can help provide context for the subject, especially since the only mention of the Creator is via a translation. "Stating it ensured"—can you specify what "it" is here. Based on the article, "it" could be that poggle was blessed by the Creator or that he returned in time for the holiday.
