  1. I wonder if she was the one that hit the asteroid... NaruHina Talk Anakinsolo 22:48, February 27, 2011 (UTC)
  2. I question whether the retcon tag is needed; pretty much any character named in one of the RPGs or CCGs is a retcon, but we tend not to use the tag. But *shrug*. ~ SavageBob 23:44, February 27, 2011 (UTC)

    • "In 3 ABY, Civé Rashon and her squadron participated in the Imperial occupation of Cloud City on the gas giant Bespin[1] in pursuit of the Rebel starship the Millennium Falcon." Missing word?
      • I don't think so, should I add another word? Hanzo Hasashi 19:45, February 26, 2011 (UTC)
    • Bts needs to say she was mentioned on her wingman's card.
      • Will do.
    • Since you source her doing things to ESB, shouldn't it sayshe appeared in ESB.
      • An explaination of this retcon would be called for in the Bts. NaruHina Talk Anakinsolo 18:28, February 26, 2011 (UTC)
        • She is not in ESB, her fighter is though. At first I had that in the info, but I then looked at the good articles Starck and Nevar, whose AT-AT's were destroyed in ESB, and neither of their behind the scenes mention ESB at all. Hanzo Hasashi 18:46, February 26, 2011 (UTC)
          • She is flying the fighter per your article. All three of these articles are textbook cases of {{C|Indirect appearance only}} with a Ret tag. Furthermore, neither of those articles sources the characters' actions to the movie: they source them to the books in which Blizzard # was probably mentioned as blowing up. In Cive's case, there is no such confirmation that Obsidian flew after the Falcon in ESB to my recollection. NaruHina Talk Anakinsolo 19:26, February 26, 2011 (UTC)
            • The Obisidian 1 card shows image of one of the fighters pursuing the Falcon in ESB. And The Complete Star Wars Encyclopedia confirms this was the TIE squadron pursuing the Falcon out of Bespin, I'm going to source the CSWE entry instead of ESB then. Hanzo Hasashi 19:39, February 26, 2011 (UTC)
              • Now that I've accordingly changed the sourcing, I feel like, as with Starck and Nevar, I will just not mention any appearances, unless you really believe otherwise. Hanzo Hasashi 19:59, February 26, 2011 (UTC)
                • I really believe otherwise. She is confirmed as piloting one of the TIEs seen in ESB so it should be marked as a Retcon. Not even as an indirect appearance. Frankly, if that image is really based on a still from the movie, the ESB still should be used in the infobox if the pilot can be vaguely seen. NaruHina Talk Anakinsolo 20:48, February 26, 2011 (UTC)
                  • We do not get to see her, just offscreen pilot. Should I also re-add the BTS stuff about her fighter in ESB? Hanzo Hasashi 22:47, February 26, 2011 (UTC)
                    • Add a note about the CSWE confirming Obsidian chased the Falcon and you'll be golden. NaruHina Talk Anakinsolo 20:00, February 27, 2011 (UTC)
                      • Alright, but the entry for Obsidian Squadron is what confirms that, and that does not directly mention Rashon as taking part in the pursuit.
                        • Never mind, I think I found a way to word it. Hanzo Hasashi 21:18, February 27, 2011 (UTC)
                          • Wewt! NaruHina Talk Anakinsolo 22:48, February 27, 2011 (UTC)
  • Related to the above, if it were me, I'd list ESB (and the ESB photocomic) under appearances, but I'd add {{C|In fighter only}} or something. ~ SavageBob 18:41, February 27, 2011 (UTC)
    • Done. Hanzo Hasashi 21:13, February 27, 2011 (UTC)
  1. Cav:
    • First off, there is absolutely no context for the Falcon in the article. Why was it at Bespin? Why did they escape? Why did the Falcon "unexpectedly" jump to hyperspace? Details are needed.
      • Think I got it, have added more details.
    • Rashon, designated OS-72-1, flew the TIE fighter Obsidian 1, the lead starfighter of the Imperial Obsidian Squadron, an elite TIE squadron that served aboard the Star Destroyer Avenger,[1] by the year 3 ABY. Run on sentence - needs to be broken up and revised.
      • I changed it, what do you think?
    • No PT? She's a squadron commander, so she is a competent leader and pilot. Also, she is a woman - in an naval service that looks down on women. This should be noted and sourced.
      • While squadron commanders are supposed to be competent leaders, nothing explicitly says it. While almost certainly that is the case, without official evidence, there's no proof it wasn't just personal connections or simply being a relative of some important Imperial government or military official. However, I could talk about how the Empire looked down on women, and the rareness of female leaders.
    • Appearance list - no mention of the novels or comics? Any reference to fighters following the Falcon is an indirect mention. I suggest you check your source list.
      • Well it seems that generally the most obscure characters are not counted as appearing in novels or comics if they themselves are not specifically represented or shown.
    • And lastly, I say this in all seriousness: This article should be on the GAN page. There is enough material to make this article a GA by fleshing out the details and adding a PT and intro. As evidence that a one mention character on a CCG can be turned into a GA, I present one of my own - Wenton Chan - as proof. - Cavalier OneFarStar(Squadron channel) 22:31, February 28, 2011 (UTC)
      • You know what, I do believe that could indeed be the case. As for the objections I haven't addressed, I will take care of them. Hanzo Hasashi 02:39, March 1, 2011 (UTC)
        • Is it possible for this to simply be a CA, then maybe in the future, if I put the effort into it, I can expand it? Kulton Woodle is a GA that started as a CA. Hanzo Hasashi 05:11, March 1, 2011 (UTC)
          • It is probably worth noting that the article is currently 314 words long, by my count. And the CA limit is 250. --Jinzler 19:38, March 1, 2011 (UTC)
            • Eh, that's not how the system works, Hanzo. If an article can be over 250 words, then it should be. That's what the nomination rules say. As the article is more than 250 words, it can not be a CAN. Do you want an EC to remove it, so that you can work on the objections and then GAnom it? 1358 (Talk) 20:34, March 1, 2011 (UTC)
              • Let's do that then. Hanzo Hasashi 21:36, March 1, 2011 (UTC)
                • However, before that, I would like to make sure I have satisfied Cavalier One's objections, so there are none left before this nom is removed. And, if possible, can you, Jinzler and Cav be sure to give input on the GA nom when the time comes? Hanzo Hasashi 22:24, March 1, 2011 (UTC)
                  • At the moment, I'm satisfied that this will be heading to the GAN page ... but it will be given a more stringent review over there than it was here. The source list objection is one you may have to consider looking into more thoroughly. - Cavalier OneFarStar(Squadron channel) 09:58, March 4, 2011 (UTC)
