   • Just a question. Does the source indicate specifically when it was used or who could buy it?
     • No. The handbook came in multiple editions (the one included is the imperial edition), with cradossk saying it has been around for nearly a thousand years. Some chapters were static through different editions (dengar mentions that the first chapter hasnt changed for at least two editions) so i don't think we can be specific about the era?
