AgriCorps Meeting Three is already on the calendar, so mark it down! November 23, 2008 is the date. That's 4PM EST for North America. We moved through last meeting's agenda quickly, so let's keep the ball moving. We will be continuing our review of our current Good articles and will be making a final decision on those articles that were probed during Meeting Two. In an effort to keep some semblance of organization as we go through these many GAs, I'm going to ask that we concentrate on two specific sections on the GA page for this meeting, Species and Droids, rather than randomly throwing out articles here and there to review. Decide on articles under probation

The following articles were placed on probation during Meeting Two. We will decide whether they have been sufficiently improved to warrant keeping their status, or whether they will be stripped of GA status:

Species and Droids articles to review

  • Algae - Very weak coverage. No history section whatsoever. There's a lot that could be added here.
  • Arcona - Little to no sourcing. History section is severely lacking. Doesn't match Layout Guide in terms of coverage.
  • Gossam - A few unsourced items. Probably some easy fixes, but there they are.
  • Sarlacc - Kind of speaks for itself.
  • Species - Subpar coverage for such a broad topic.
  • Ugor - Unsourced "list section" that could be better served in prose form
    • I've changed the list to prose form and sourced it. That said, I don't think the article's coverage it entirely comprehensive - there's a number of sources and appearances that aren't covered at all. -- AdmirableAckbar (Talk) 18:17, 23 November 2008 (UTC)
  • Verpine - Intro just isn't long enough. Some bits of unsourced information, specifically in infobox. Unnecessary list section.
  • IG-100 MagnaGuard - Coverage is sketchy. Doesn't conform to Layout Guide. Missing information - missing even more substantial bits of info following new TCW episodes
  • OOM-9 - Seems like it could be an FA, if all the coverage is there. The intro could be longer. Unsourced infobox.
  • Variable Geometry Self-Propelled Battle Droid, Mark I - For the large number of appearances, I'm not sure the History section is adequate enough. Same with MagnaGuard, good chunks of missing TCW info.

Discussion items

  • I thought it would be a good idea to format the GA page Characters section to mirror the FA page. That is, organizing characters by letter, as the list continues to expand. If we think it's a good idea, I'll go ahead and make the change. Toprawa and Ralltiir 22:26, 15 November 2008 (UTC)
