Comments

• Note that this article was originally probed way back at Meeting 56, but due to a paperwork mishap it was lost in the pile. Given that the next AC meeting, which will be Meeting 60, has not yet been scheduled, for whomever plans on potentially handling this, it would be prudent to assume that this article will be removed at that meeting if the issues are not addressed.
