This page lists the procedural bylaws of the AgriCorps for posterity and quick reference.
Procedures
Removing successful nominations
- It is the responsibility of the AC member who has last voted on or added the {{ACapproved}} template to a successful nomination to archive that nomination within the next 24 hours.
Removing failed nominations
- A consensus of at least 3 AC support votes is needed on the GAN page to remove a nomination. This is typically done when a nomination has become idle after a period of ten days with remaining outstanding objections from reviewers.
- Nominations that exhibit strong evidence showing that the nominator has no inclination to work on the article during the review process will be candidates for the "nonsense nomination clause" and may be removed short of the stipulated ten-day idle period with a consensus of 3 AC support votes.
- A nomination may be removed from the GAN page at the request of the original nominator without the need for a formal vote by AC members.
- AC members do not need to archive nominations removed due to violations of rules 9 and 10 of the "How to nominate" section of the Good article nominations page.
Striking invalid objections
- A consensus of at least 3 AC support votes is needed on the GAN page to strike an objection from a reviewer that is deemed otherwise invalid (refer to the accompanying section below for what constitutes an invalid objection). However, if the nominator of the article in question is an AC member, they cannot be included in the three support votes.
- Automated objections left by JocastaBot may be struck by an AC after deemed resolved.
Invalid objection rationale
- An objection may be considered invalid if the objection has been addressed by the nominator and the original objector has not responded for 10 days or longer.
- In the event of two or more objections in direct conflict with each other, a single objection may be deemed valid by consensus, and all other conflicting objections will be considered invalid.
- An objection may be considered invalid if said objection is identified as contradicting established policies on Wookieepedia.
Review quota
It is the expectation that every AgriCorps member review at least two Good article nominations every 14 days. A review is defined as either 1) a support vote or 2) at least one new objection. AgriCorps members can exempt themselves from this quota by using {{Vacation}} or {{Hiatus}} tag on their userpage, for a period not exceeding six months consecutively.
Alternatively, a AgriCorps board member may be immediately removed from their position for inactivity if they have made no non-userspace, non-talk page edits within a six month span, unless they have provided an explanation for their absence and an expected date for their return. Attempts to communicate should be made, including warnings at four and five months of absence, respectively, that they shall be demoted at six months of absence.
Current strikes
An AC member may be placed under membership probation after receiving four strikes. It is the responsibility of the AC that puts up the fifth strike to start a removal vote under the "failed to meet their reviewing responsibilities" clause. Strikes expire after one year (365 days).
