William O'Neill is a professional illustrator who has commissioned artwork for the Topps trading card set 2005 Topps Star Wars: Revenge of the Sith.^[1] O'Neill has also exhibited limited-edition prints at Star Wars Celebration IV, Celebration V ("Size Matters Not"), Celebration VI ("Scoundrels"), and Celebration Anaheim in 2015.

William O'Neill has been an "unofficial" Star Wars artist since the morning after he first saw Episode IV and started drawing X-wings and TIE fighters. Since then William has gone on to become a professional illustrator and writer. His freelance resume includes work for: Fox Television, MGM, New Line, Jim Henson Productions, Inkworks, Topps, Hanna-Barbera, Cross-Gen, Image Comics, IDW, and since 2005, Lucasfilm. William co-owns Hurricane Entertainment where he co-created the popular comic books VIOLENT MESSIAHS and CHASSIS. William also wrote the acclaimed comic book miniseries, JOHN CARPENTER'S SNAKE PLISSKEN CHRONICLES and the short film: AGENT 88.

William has drawn countless sketch cards for many of the Star Wars and Indiana Jones Topps card sets. He illustrated a "Base Card" in the STAR WARS: GALAXY card series.
