"Whirlwind" was the callsign of a First Order TIE/wi modified interceptor pilot. "Whirlwind" once flew into conflict in their starfighter against three BTA-NR2 Y-wing starfighters.[2]

Behind the scenes

"Whirlwind" was created for the miniatures game Star Wars: X-Wing Second Edition in the card of the same name released in the 2021 Fury of the First Order Squadron Pack.[2]
