Whiplash Council

The Whiplash Council was the governing body of the Whiplash resistance movement after the Whiplash leader, Thi Xon Yimmon was captured. Formed by Tuden Sal, the Council's members included Sheel Mafeen, Acer Ash, Fars Sil-at, and Dyat Agni. Most of its members were killed during a failed attack on Emperor Palpatine's villa.
