Wevary was a Chiss male who served as a colonel in the Chiss Ascendancy, commanding Taharim Academy. He spearheaded a campaign that accused Cadet Mitth'raw'nuru (Thrawn) of cheating on a patrol craft simulator test proctored by Senior Cadet Irizi'ar'alani (Ziara).^[1]
