The western ridge was a location in a canyon on the planet Ryloth. Early in the Imperial Era, three members of the Free Ryloth Movement, including Lenk, observed Galactic Empire forces arrest their comrades Gobi Glie, Serin, and Hera Syndulla for weapons smuggling from the ridge. The Elite Squad Trooper Crosshair noted their presence and informed Vice Admiral Edmon Rampart, who told him to let the fighters report in so that he could lay a trap for those who attempted to rescue them.[1]
