Welga was a female Nautolan who served as an ensign for the Republic Defense Coalition during the High Republic Era. After a distress signal was sent out from the planet Palagosal in the Arkanis sector, Welga amongst others undertook a mission to rescue whoever sent out the call. The team managed to find the individual in question and five others who where trapped in a bunker under Marl's Good Enough Eats.[1]
