The Weather Ministry was a Lothal organization under the yoke of the Galactic Empire ostensibly responsible for affairs related to weather. During Zare Leonis's time in the Academy for Young Imperials, it was issuing regular reports that the year's dust storms would not be anything extraordinary, though the actual weather repeatedly proved it wrong.[1]
