Capable of speaking Basic, Watcher Three worked in Intelligence with Keeper for years until six months before the destruction of the Dominator and the hunt for the Eagle, when he attempted to resign. Keeper and Watcher Two were interrogating Watcher Three when his replacement arrived at the Imperial Citadel.
