Grand Admiral Thrawn wore a watch, which he consulted during timed maneuvers aboard the Chimaera.[1]
Anakin Skywalker also used a watch, featuring a picture of Yoda on it. His arms were the minute and hour 'hands' while his lightsaber was the second hand.
