The Vunakians were Humans who showed a typical apparel: a ritual scar pattern in their forehead and their cheeks, with a completely clean-shaven head. They had numerous castes, which could be determined by the geometric symbols that were seen in the scars. These symbols were obtained during the Scarification Ceremony, where the scars were made without using any kind of pain inhibition.
Their language was Galactic Basic Standard. The Galactic Republic Colonel Kohn Doil was a Vunakian.
