Vulptillas were fox-like non-sentient creatures that developed crystalline armor around their vital areas, as they reached maturity, and possessing great intelligence. They were apex predators of the frozen wastes.[3] The Infernal variants were found underground in areas with molten activity, with their fiery eyes and glowing crystalline armor. Around 3628 BBY,[4] they were very desirable to beast tamers across the galaxy and could be used as mounts.[1]
