A company was stationed in the Rebel Refueling Base on Vrogas Vas during the Galactic Civil War. The Alliance Army company consisted of a large number of infantry rebel troopers, and utilized armed Rebel Troop Carts and T2-B Repulsor Tanks.[1] When Dark Lord of the Sith Darth Vader was shot down during the Battle of Vrogas Vas, the entire company deployed to Vader's crash site and surrounded him. As Vader was largely outnumbered and believing they had the advantage, the rebels demanded his surrender, only for him to taunt them and then use the Force to detonate the grenades the rebels carried. The explosions destroyed out most of the unit and suffered large casualties, including the destruction of a platoon. General Jan Dodonna dispatched a battalion to reinforce the Alliance troops on Vrogas Vas.[3]
