A male member of a family and the Galactic Empire's Imperial Navy was the cousin of Human Captain Voss Parck. He commanded Dark Lord of the Sith Darth Vader's starship during a mission to the[1] planet Honoghr,[2] during which Vader discovered the[1] Noghri species.[2] Afterward, Parck's cousin was promoted to Vice Admiral for his part in the mission.[1]
