Although this article is based on official information from the Star Wars Legends continuity, the actual name of this subject is pure conjecture.

This subterine was operated by the Nightsister Vonya around 31 BBY. Starting as a space freighter, it was captured by the Nightsisters of Dathomir and modified for underground travel. They used it in an attempt to penetrate the Star Chamber beneath one of the Star Temples, which housed the Infinity Gate.
