A Twi'lek male individual held the title of Baron and was a member of Clan Ryo—a ruling family of crime lords on the planet of Shikaakwa. During the Despot War, the Baron and his eldest son refused to pledge their allegiance to Queen Hadiya. As a result, the Despot Queen killed them both. His second son, Volnos Ryo, succeeded him as the new Baron of Clan Ryo.
