Vo'karr Er To was a male Trandoshan. He was a dangerous criminal and, when he escaped from a maximum security Imperial prison in 1 ABY, he became one of the Bounty Hunters' Guild top ten most wanted fugitives. An unknown bounty hunter tracked him down and killed him.
