- "I am stronger. I am faster. On this day, I will finally prove that Vigor Struk is the best."
- ―Vigor Struk
Vigor Struk was a cyborg[3] criminal active during the chancellery of Finis Valorum who competed with the bounty hunter Jango Fett for a bounty to retrieve a statue known as the Hope of Glee Anselm which had been stolen.[1]
Skills and abilities
Thanks to his cybernetic enhancements Vigor possessed far greater strength and speed than even a trained Mandalorian like Jango Fett, he could also survive explosions that wound have killed ordinary humanoids.[3] Aside from his cybernetics Vigor was an impressive close quarters combatant specialized in the use of spears.[1]
Behind the scenes
- "There's a new antagonist who goes by the name of Vigor Struk [who] I'm excited to throw against Jango. He has that Bullseye-like skill with weapons that makes him a formidable opponent. He'll have to get in line with a slew of other deadly foes who are lining up either to compete with Jango for that bounty… or prevent him from finding the statue."
- ―Ethan Sacks
Ahead of release, writer Ethan Sacks revealed his excitement in throwing Struk against Jango Fett and promised he had a "Bullseye-like skill" that made him a deadly enemy.[2] In other interviews, Sacks affirmed his intention with Struk had been to create someone who would be like "the Bullseye of the Star Wars galaxy,"[4] or at least the Bullseye of that era of galactic history.[5]
