A Vibration Meter was a component used in Crozo Industrial Products' At-cyb husher mike. The component was located in the part of the implant that was surgically implanted into an individual's throat near the larynx. It worked alongside the Vibration Chamber, Vocalizer Transmitter, and Impulse Convertor to transmit subvocalized messages.[1]
