The Vespula Fighter is a repulsorcraft attack ship used by the Confederacy of Independent Systems.

Characteristics

The Vespula Fighter is a Confederacy of Independent Systems wasp-like repulsorlift attack craft. It features three fusion generator-powered repulsorlifts of an innovative design to conduct short-range strikes. It features minimal armor, a lightweight frame, and an aerodynamic design. The fighter sports two short-ranger laser cannons and can reach speeds of 800 k/h. It is piloted by one droid, which also acts as the gunner.

History

A BX-series droid commando used one during Battle for the Stolen Crystals against Commander Gree's Wet Terrain Recon Transport, resulting in the destruction of both vehicles.

The Vespula Fighter appears in the 2013 comic/LEGO set LEGO Star Wars Brickmaster: Battle for the Stolen Crystals.
