Vence spire was a tower that stood in the city of Aldera on the planet Alderaan[1] in 9 BBY.[2] The tower's exterior was primarily white with some gray areas, including a protrusion at the apex which the tower's sides tapered towards. The spire shared its name with the architect Ar'Ven Vence, who designed some of the oldest spires at the center of Aldera.[1] Alderaan was destroyed by the Galactic Empire in 0 BBY.[3]
Behind the scenes
Vence spire first appeared in the first episode of the Obi-Wan Kenobi television series,[4] which aired on May 27, 2022.[5] The spire was then identified in the 2023 reference book Star Wars: Dawn of Rebellion: The Visual Guide, which was written by Pablo Hidalgo and Emily Shkoukani.[1]
