"For your main course, you will have a selection of either Velossian caramachi shell-backs in white suvoli cream, or roasted Hillindor game fowl in brestel nuts with zinchari spice."
―434-FPC[3]

The Velossian caramachi shell-back was a type of creature[3] that originated in[2] the Velossia system of the Mid Rim's Manda sector.[1] At some point by 3 ABY,[4] the 434-FPC Personal Chef Droid 434-FPC cooked a meal for several people. For the main course, the droid had prepared a selection of either Velossian caramachi shell-backs prepared in white suvoli cream or roasted Hillindor game fowl served in brestel nuts along with zinchari spice.[3]

Behind the scenes

The Velossian caramachi shell-back was mentioned in Galladinium's Fantastic Technology, a 1995 sourcebook authored by Rick D. Stuart for use with West End Games' Star Wars: The Roleplaying Game.[3]
